Monday,
March 5 – Fun activities get under way for the week starting Monday mornings at
9:30 a.m. Sit ‘n Be Fit exercise class
and women’s 8-ball pool playing are the first activities of the morning. In the
exercise class chairs are set out for everyone. Some exercises are done from
the chairs and some are done while standing close to the chair, using it for
support. Stretchy bands and bouncing balls are utilized to test flexibility and
coordination. The women pool players get their exercise from walking around the
tables during several friendly rounds of 8-ball. They would like for new
players to come join them and experience the fun. Another morning activity starts
at 10:30 a.m. Line dancers line up ready to do some boot scootin’ across the
floor. At 1 p.m. canasta, social bridge, pool and snooker are played. Also,
check out the jig-saw puzzle table and test you puzzle solving skills.
Tuesday,
March 6 – A really fun and fast paced activity you should check out is the exercise/dance
class called, “Zumba with Angie”. It is offered at the Center, every Tuesday

bridge, canasta and pool/snooker. Most cards games begin at 1 p.m. except for

arriving ready to have a good time at 9:30 a.m.. Then at 10:30 a.m., line

talents every Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. Then at 10:30 a.m. it is time to Zumba

a.m. Come stroll along with them. During the afternoon, duplicate bridge begins
